Chemistry in What I Love To Do

Image

Chemistry can be seen in my favorite thing to do, cooking, and eventually eating what I cook. Chemistry can be seen in the (1) the pots and pans, (2) the fire, and (3) in the food that’s being cooked. For the pots and pans, before, they are usually made out of aluminum but with the innovations in modern times, silicone or anodized aluminum are available, which are more environment-friendly. For the fire, chemistry can be seen here because there is a need for a flammable, a source of oxygen and a source of heat. The flammable would be the gas stove, the source of oxygen is available around us and the source of heat, which someone could have started with a match or a lighter. For the food, chemistry can be seen in almost any food because it dwells in the field of biochemistry, so included there are the main components of lipids, carbohydrates and protein. It also includes water, vitamins, minerals, coloring, etc.
